Programs Options
Paladin offers engaging aviation STEM experiences designed for different ages and levels of learning.
Pilot Session
- A high-energy introduction to aviation and leadership. Perfect for assemblies, enrichment days, STEM events, and classroom visits.
- Grades 5–12
Explorer Program
- A six-week aviation STEM experience where students explore aviation fundamentals while developing leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
- Grades 5–6
Navigator Program
- Students take a deeper look at aviation operations, flight planning, weather, airport procedures, aeronautical decision-making, and leadership through increasingly challenging missions.
- Grades 7–8
