Paladin Aviation Academy brings the excitement of aviation together with real-world STEM learning and leadership development, giving students opportunities to build knowledge, confidence, critical-thinking skills, and an awareness of the possibilities aviation can open for their future.

Led by a retired airline captain and FAA Gold Seal Instructor, Paladin draws on decades of professional aviation and instructional experience to introduce students to aviation while strengthening transferable skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and sound decision-making.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Captain Tom Harrison Jr. is a retired airline captain, FAA Gold Seal Instructor, and certificated flight instructor with more than 15,000 flight hours and decades of professional aviation and instructional experience. He founded Paladin Aviation Academy to bring the knowledge, discipline, leadership, and decision-making principles of aviation into education—helping students build confidence, think critically, work effectively with others, and approach challenges with sound judgment.

GRADE LEVELS

Grades 5–6 • Grades 7–8 • Grades 9–12 Programs in Development

Programs are designed by grade level. Core programs currently serve Grades 5–8, the Pilot Session is available for Grades 5–12, and additional Grades 9–12 programs are under development.
